The shadow line is a state of the art plating line, which replaces the old type of electrolyses plating system.It is a conveyorised machine that coats a layer of carbon through the holes in the circuit board panel, creating a perfect connection from one side of the panel to the other .. in every single hole on the circuit board.Because it is conveyorised it ensures that every printed circuit board that passes down the line receives exactly the same amount of time in each chemical chamber. Every printed circuit board is manufactured with the same rinse pressures and drying times.This ensures complete consistency across every batch of PCB, eliminating any variables that can affect your Printed Circuit Boards operation.
