Course C1b Rework of High Pin Count Fine Pitch SMDs. Course C1bga Rework of Surface Mount Ball Grid Arrays. Course C1lf Practical Rework & Hand Soldering for Lead Free Alloys. These training courses are regularly updated to include the latest components and PCBs.Course C5 Hand Soldering Techniques. This course is designed to teach soldering skills and the requirements of high reliability soldering, with emphasis on the IPC standard for soldering.Courses are from 1 to 2 days duration.
