Intervia photdieletrics are applied by spinning, and when properly cured, have a low Dk (2.8 - 2.9 @ 1 Ghz) and low moisture absorbance. The Intervia photdielectrics are epoxy based, negative toned (broadband exposed) permanent photodielectric materials for use on wafers and organic/inorganic substrates.
