Flex 10 Bench Mounted Tester
The Flex 10 bench mounted ATE is the smallest ‘standard’ tester in our range. The system is made up of a single unit, measuring 600mm x 360mm x 660mm. A VPC S6 interface is normally used on this system enabling multiple test fixtures to be used with the system.
