VRM-RB Wraparound Labelling

This VRM-RB system is configured for wrap around labelling of cylindrical products such as a 10ml dropper bottles or vials for use in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, 120ml E Liquid short fill bottles through to larger bulk containers up to 1ltr size for the chemical or automotive car care sectors. The system shown here includes a number of basic options as well as custom options requested specifically for the customers needs.This system is designed to take product directly from filler and capper or have product manually loaded onto the infeed section of the conveyor for smaller batchs or rework.Feeding through the linear conveyor bottles are separated in this version with gating control and spaced to give maximum performance.
