NIR InGaAs 1280x1024 Focal Plane Array

With 32-pin metal dip package with an embedded thermoelectric cooler built-in temperature sensor.

The resolution 1280x1024 with pixel pitch 15µm, InGaAs image sensors with standard InGaAs wavelength of 0.9µm -1.7µm.
Quantum Efficiency > 70% at 1.55 µm and typical pixel operability > 99.9% room temperature operation. Snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes. 2,4 and 8 outputs with 22MHz pixel rate and windowing capability.

These new InGaAs sensor developments allow the user a high degree of flexibility when adapting the image sensor or camera to the target applications.
