Celab's mechanical engineering teams are experts in machined, castings and sheet metal designs, ranging from simple multilayer PCBs to complex multilevel fabricated housings. This company's experience includes conduction, convection and liquid cooled power solutions using a variety of materials and surface finishes. Our design tools, such as Solidworks, and our thermal and dynamics simulation package enable us to simulate the harshest of environments at the early stages of the design process. This aids in reducing 'down stream' costs and establishes confidence in our designs before the first prototypes are run. Designed to operate in rugged markets and applications, our products are not only designed to meet custom or standard form factors, but also undergo extensive mechanical design verification testing including vibration, sine/random, bump, salt fog, EMC and HALT.
