Ulmer SM 152P Cutting Machine

The universal cutting machines of the SM series facilitate an effective production of different materials and are characterized by their compact size and user friendly handling. The machines are used to cut hoses, cables, braid, ropes, foils and similar materials in the serial production of the automotive, electronic and plastics industries. Because of the multiline infeed entry and the synchronized belt drive, the correct material position to the cutting blade is guaranteed. With a various option program the devices can be equipped on customers demands. All cutting machines of the SM series can be combined and extended with other devices from our house. The transport belts of the SM15 2P are driven by an 250Watt DC-motor with a clutch-brake-combination. The adjustment of material material length and pieces are set by the operator on the two electro-mechanical counters. The speed adjustment works with a potentiometer. All control panels are in a good available position.
