Ulmer ZG 15 S Cable Feeder

The feeder ZG15 S is driven by an electronically controlled DC-motor. It is continuously adjustable with two potentiometers. The speed is set at the “Feed” potentiometers. The final speed depends on this value. Final speed = set speed + regulator arm. During operation, the regulator arm is lifted by the material fed and the feeder accelerates to the new set value. When the downstream processing machine stops running, the regulator arm lowers and ZG15S reduces its speed.
