Here at CIL we are able to provide both Aluminium as well as Gold wirebonding using both wedge bonding and ball bonding also. CIL has invested extensively in this area over the recent years so that we now have 2 fully automatic Aluminium Wedge bonders 1 fully automatic Gold Ball bonder as well as an additional manual heavy gauge Aluminium wire bonder.
