GSM18B - Mean Well 18W Medical Power Adaptor

After the launch of green medical adaptor GSM40A Series (40W) and the GSM60A Series (60W), Mean Well extends its lower wattage series and introduced GSM18B Series (18W). Complying with international medical safety regulations (2*MOPP level), these 18W medical power supplies also possess extremely low leakage current (≦50 μA), low no load power consumption (<0.1W), and 88% of high efficiency, which can fulfill the high quality demands of “patient contact” medical applications. The whole series comply with the latest energy-saving regulations (level V), such as ErP step 2 of European Union and EISA 2007 (Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007) of USA. Feature with 80~264VAC full range input, GSM18B series provide 5~48VDC different output voltage options. The three input plug options, like 2-Pin USA plug (U-type), 2-Pin EU plug (E- type) and IEC320-C8 standard plug (B- type), can satisfy the requirement of different regions. GSM18B are Class II power units (no F.G.) and enclosed by UL 94V-0 rated plastic case, which can effectively prevent users from electrical shock. Other standard functions include LED indicator, short circuit, overload, and over voltage protections. Furthermore, these adaptors acquired global safety certificates per UL, CUL, TUL, CB, FCC and CE, including the home healthcare medical regulation IEC/EN60601-1-11, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1-11, which greatly guarantee the safety of users.
