We are a sub-contract Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Facility based in Essex, offering a quality service tailored to each individual customer requirement, offering a wide range of services, including assembly from free issue kits, full procurement, XRAY, AOI & ATE inspection, conformal coating, prototypes, volume production, enclosure and cable manufacture, final assembly, labelling and packing for dispatch to end user.

Electro Assembly Services Ltd is committed to maintaining quality products through continual investment in the latest technology for accuracy of placement and inspection facilities, along with full functional test facilities, Electro can provide a one-stop production facility from bare board population to final enclosure shipment.

The Electro staff offer a wealth of experience whilst retaining drive and enthusiasm for the industry whilst the Directors are actively involved in the day to day management of the company offering support and commitment to both customers and employees.

Production and test engineers are available for customer support and assistance with board layout and design specifications if required.
