With a very strong technological background and R & D team they have become well known for their large board SMT Screen printers of up to 850 x 500mm. In 2013 they introduced a very large board SMT Screen printer, the US-LX5 showing off their technical capabilities. This Large Board SMT Screen Printer can handle boards up to 1500mm x 650mm in size. This machine is especially capable of LED Lighting Bar products as well as being flexible enough to handle the smaller PCB's making it a very flexible and cost effective solution for any serious CEM. PCB Size: 100 x 100 ~ 1500 x 650mm!!! PCB Thickness: 1mm ~ 5mm Tact Time: Approx. 35sec cycle excluding cleaning (based on 1500mm PCB length) Printing Repeatability: ?0.25mm if 1500mm boards are printed, smaller PCB's will have much better accuracy.
