Fibre Optic Link

ETL have a range of fibre optic inter facility links, which have been designed to be compact and offer excellent value for money. The 1U fibre optic shelf can hold up to 4 transmit or receive fibre to L-band modules and dual redundant power supplies.

These interfacility links transmit and receive an entire L-band polarisation over single mode fibre from a satellite antenna to reception equipment up to 2km away (options available for links up to 45kms), while preserving signal quality. Other solutions are available for redundant fibre optic links, outdoor units, and fibre to C-band and IF links.
