Control Processors
Control Processors provide: The translation between the microwave setting and steps of the motor. Remote control via GPIB, or alternatively RS232 (CP88 only), interface and optional local control from front panel. Optimum repositioning time by "ramping" up and down motor speed during repositioning. The complex drive circuitry required for efficient stepper motor control. Continuous monitoring and report of status of position sensors incorporated within the microwave instrument to ensure the highest confidence level in the performance.
