Simple installation of PushPull connectors in M25 holes

24-07-2014

The square has to go into the round – for energy transmission, for example, the new plastic panel feed-through fitting for robust connectors with PushPull locking offers the possibility of mounting in round wall openings of size M25. The established PushPull connector family is being extended with a panel feed-through in robust plastic for round cut outs and for power of 690V / 16A in protection class IP65/67. The round panel feed throughs can be screwed into wall openings with M25 threads or mounted in circular wall openings with a diameter of 25mm. Round panel feed throughs offer decisive advantages when existing devices require a quick and simple conversion of a (non pluggable) cable entry into a pluggable energy supply entry, but mechanical reworking of the housing wall is to be avoided. Similarly, round panel feed throughs with PushPull locking always offer advantages where an additional interface is required for an existing housing. In many cases the production of a round wall cut out requires less work. The PushPull Power connectors are suited for the transfer of 690V and 16A. Wire gauges of 0,25mm² to 2,5mm² can be connected either without tools - rapid termination technique Han®-Quick Lock – or with crimp technology. In each insulated insert five contacts are available for this. The connectors can be coded without loss of poles, in order to avoid faulty mating or confusion between several connectors. As further accessories, IP65/67 protective caps are available.
