HIS believes strongly in the value of the ISO9001 standard and uses it as a foundation for its quality systems. Fully understanding Customer requirements before undertaken commitment to fulfil is of fundamental importance to our Quality System. We therefore utilise a rigours review process conducted by our experienced Engineering team to ensure projects are within our capabilities. Our Production processes are controlled by Quality Control plans derived from FMEAs to ensure compliance. All our products are inspected and tested prior to shipment for extra assurance. No Quality System can be fully exploited without commitment from the Senior Management. To that end, HIS has a Quality Policy, demanding high Quality, signed by Shareholders of the Company.
