10kW High Power Systems

The Series OLH10K is a range of highly reliable, single output, 10kW high voltage power supplies designed to mee the rigorous requirements of electron and ion beam systems, ion implantation and X-ray equipment. The system consists of 2 units: a rack mounting power converter through which both local and remote controls can be facilitated, and a separate HV unit employing a modular disc construction. There are three different input voltage variants available: the OLH10K (208VAC), the OLH10KC (380VAC) and the OLH10KE (400VAC).
