Stainless Steel Silicon Pressure Sensor
The Media isolated diaphragm, DSP range of silicon pressure sensors use the most stable and high specificaton silicon wafers that undoubtably ensure the stability and repetability required by low pressure applications is achieved. There is a conveluted stainless steel diaphragm on the face of the sensor which is then oil filled with silicone oil, when pressure is applied to the diaphragm it transfers the pressure to the silicon chip and therefore changes the millivolt output from the sensor. The Silicon is bonded to the stainless steel body and wired out to a hybrid PCB for easy connection to a signal conditioning PCB.Visit the Impress Sensors and Systems Ltd website for more information on Stainless Steel Silicon Pressure Sensor
