I.E.W Ltd is a highly successful company which has been providing a quality sub-contract manufacturing service for over 35 years. Our services include the manufacture and assembly of Box and Panel Build, Cabinet Build, Cable Assemblies including High Voltage cables, and PCB Assemblies, all to customer specifications. We have maintained a steady growth rate by developing into new markets while retaining our existing clients by constant attention to customer satisfaction.
Currently we serve many sectors including Industry, Science, Medical (Tier 1), Sound Stage, Audio Visual, Semi Conductors, Power and Rail.
Our internal processes are approved to ISO9001:2008 and our quality standards are critical both to our continued success and to maintaining customer satisfaction levels. We also have IPC 610 & 620 for soldering and crimping and are members of The British Cryogenics Council.
All manufacturing takes place at Swindon, with a modern flexible site allowing for configuration of both staff and production space to enable us to take on a variety of projects. We are able to provide a full solution for Box, Panel and Cabinet Build from metal work to art work, but can also assemble from free issue if required.
In addition we have listened to our customers and now offer a 3D CAD Solid Edge service to enable internal modifications and version updates to be actioned and approved.
On site we have a dedicated inspection department using automatic inspection equipment. We offer Kanban, MRP, mid volume, batch ordering and prototyping.
