SimplyTrak is a unique vehicle monitoring system that once fitted to your vehicle can track live and historically, on easy-to-read street level maps across the whole of the UK and Europe, on your own PC or Laptop.

The SimplyTrak system only requires a high speed internet connection, and needs no third parties or call centres. Your computer communicates directly with our SimplyTrak server to get the information from your unit when you need it.

SimplyTrak has been developed in-house by a team of dedicated designers and engineers from the needs of existing customers. It is both user-friendly and gives full knowledge of vehicle usage and complete control back to the fleet co-coordinator. The savings made when installing the system are quickly recognisable and ongoing.

SimplyTrak stores history of vehicle activity in the onboard units (downloadable when you require 24/7) and you can track a large number of vehicles on one PC!
It takes less than half an hour to fit a SimplyTrak unit and can be done at a time and place to suit you.

HOW IT WORKS?

The SimplyTrak vehicle tracking unit is fitted securely to your vehicle(s) and constantly monitors the vehicles position via the satellites that orbit the earth.

This information is stored in the small SimplyTrak unit* within the vehicle and simultaneously uploaded to our SimplyTrak server. This data can then be uploaded via the internet to your computer at any time using the very easy-to-use SimplyTrak software provided.

Summary of Features:

Capture information about each vehicle (make, model, colour and the SimplyTrak assigned serial number) - makes for easy selection when you have multiple vehicles to track.

Enter any known locations that you want to specifically appear on the map as you track your vehicle. For example, your offices, headquarters or customer depots.

Simply select the vehicle units you want to track and a few seconds later you can see them on screen.

The live track window will display each vehicles location and current travelling speed. You can also click on a specific vehicles icon to get the information for that particular vehicle.

This data can also be downloaded and stored for reporting purposes.

The 'History Report' - allows you to replay actual journeys made on your screen!
The ‘Journey report’ - shows all journeys made between stops determined by you.
The ‘Stop report’ - shows all stops made on whatever days you choose.
The ‘Stock report’ - is a stock check of your vehicles locations at a particular time.
For added convenience reports can be viewed on screen or printed and known points can be added easily which appear on all reports.
