Ad-hoc Repairs

Simply file an RMA with us and send us your broken data capture devices. We will evaluate each unit and send you a quote for repairing them within 9 days of receipt. If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed then we will carry out the repairs and return your devices to you by next day delivery. We aim to dispatch ad-hoc repairs within 9 working days of the day that they were delivered to us. We have two different pricing structures for ad-hoc repairs which allows you greater flexibility in planning expenditure.
