You're looking at here a custom made on request 2 metre South African moulded 3 pin plug to an IEC C9 connector. The IEC C9 is used to power older machines such as:

Akai Sequencers
Roland Juno Synthesisers (including the 106)
Revox Tape Machines
Marantz Hi-Fi
Singer Sewing Machines

The IEC C9 rewireable connector is not completely rewireable, this uses a punchdown connector and once assembled isn't easy to undo.
