We are able to post items to many countries. International postage rates are calculated at checkout. Some 1st class deliveries may be sent signed for and require a signature. This will be at our discretion. Free delivery on orders over £75 net applies only to orders sent within the UK. We generally dispatch these orders via "Royal Mail 1st class signed for" or "UK Mail 1-2 working day" at our discretion. Orders weighing more than 10KG will only be given one option of dispatch at checkout: UK Mail 1-2 day service, the price varies according to delivery address. Delivery times are quoted from date of dispatch, not from the date the order was placed and depends on stock levels. Our cut-off time for orders to be dispatched same day is 12 noon Monday to Friday. Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which have been signed for are deemed to be in good condition.
