Up to 5 Year Product Warranty

We test all our products rigorously and pride ourselves on only supplying top quality LED lighting and ancillary parts. We are therefore able to offer up to 5 years warranty on our products - check product pages for exact warranty period. Products must be used as intended and any special installation notes followed if applicable. This particularly applies to correct installation of LED strip lighting as per circuit diagrams provided on our website. Also regarding any Dimmable LED product, the recommended dimmer switch must be used. See product pages for further details. The warranty is non-transferable between persons or property. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of a product not a refund, unless returned within our 30 day returns period. Where a product is covered under warranty we'll cover postage costs involved (up to the cost of 1st Class Signed For with Royal Mail). We cannot be held responsible for faulty items lost in transit to us. If an exact replacement is no longer available we'll upgrade the replacement to a current similar product without monetary exchange. This is limited to faulty items only, we cannot replace other items purchased at the same time unless they're also faulty.
