If the message was received by the CS7 then the CS7 will ACKNOWLEDGE the receipt by replying to the transceiver - in this way the TX7400 will 'KNOW' that the customer received the message.However, when the TX7400 series messages the CS7 pager, if the TX7400 series does not receive an acknowledgement (because the customer is out of range) then the system 'KNOWS' that the CS7 did not receive the message and will keep trying automatically until that message is received by the CS7.This ensures that the customer will be recalled EVERY TIME they are messaged - no more bits of paper trying to remember who you called back!The ONLY system in the world to do this with a customer pager system.
