Quad-band ARC interface receiver

Base Agent is a dedicated Quad-band ARC interface receiver. The 3G/GSM front-end processor collects and decodes all data communications from the field for integration into industry-standard ARC platforms or to a stand-alone PC. Enabling a complete end-to-end solution with no expensive tie-ins.

Base Agent can be completely configured to manage incoming data. Using a supplied software application, Base Agent will store and/or export the relevant information ensuring priority information is made available instantaneously.

Base Agent provides a fully auditable trail of all activities. These can be used to manage regular maintenance routines, give accurate times for alarm activities, and support any service agreements in place.

Base Agent can support many deployable field-based devices. It provides a gateway to providing 24-hour monitoring, starting from a simple locally based security organisation through to national or even international ARC operations.
