Machine Guard Solutions Ltd was founded in 2002 following the acquisition of an established guarding business founded by Hibass in 1974.

In 2005 Machine Guard Solutions Ltd expanded its safety product range through a partnership with two respected manufacturers.

Machine Guard Solutions Ltd are representatives of Lazer Safe in the United Kingdom and Ireland, both promoting and supporting their Press Brake Laser System products.

Machine Guard Solutions Ltd are a "qualified partner" of Datasensor, promoting and supporting their range of photoelectric devices, and are a preferred safety installer of their products.
