SAW Filters

Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters offer a compact rugged solution to high frequency filtering requirements. Working in fundamental mode frequencies to 2.5GHz SAW filters are available in packages as small as 3 x 3 mm SMD. Relatively wide bandwidths are possible and standard parts are available for applications such as wireless LAN, Bluetooth, DAB radio and GPS receivers. Magna will shortly be publishing a list of standard types. Custom designs are also available.
