Mezzanine goods lift installed Royston Hertfordshire will be used primarily to transport a 400L vessel filled with wash coat liquid / slurry on a standard Euro pallet from the ground floor to the mezzanine floor. The lift cabin car shall therefore be totally enclosed to avoid any spillages. The lift cabin car will be supported with an external support structure and guard system with fully cladded panels. The entire goods lift shall be designed as stand-alone and self-supporting with no additional support from the mezzanine floor. Fully cladded pit installed mezzanine goods lift 1500kg capacity with a clear platform size 1350mm x 1500mm, lift height 4500mm. Platform will be galvanised checker plate including a full cabin 2100mm high cladded in stainless sheet 3 sides. Goods Lift fitted with mechanical lock each time the lift carriage activates the upper limit switch and electrical actuator shall drive out underneath the lift carriage to support it while it is loaded.
