Scissor Goods Lift with finished floor level 3707mm and a platform size 2990mm x 1400mm fitted with 1100mm high handrails with kick plates on the non-loading sides. Lower-level short side fitted with single opening gate, upper-level being twin opening both interlocked finished in Traffic Red RAL 3020. The scissor lift was installed in an existing 700mm pit from a previous installation.The heavy-duty goods lift is a self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 120mm x 120mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Mezz Goods lift fitted with 2000mm high single opening door at lower-level and double loading doors at upper-level cladded with Perspex viewing panels, doors fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2325mm. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard. Heavy Duty Goods Lift platform fitted with shoot bolts to stabilise the platform and remove any hydraulic ‘bounce’ when fully loaded at the top floor. To prevent damage from pallet trucks and FLT the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm.
