ACRO² Weight Sorting System

The ACRO² weighing system has been very carefully and purposely designed such that its weighing mechanism is potentially fifty times more accurate than similar systems using similar principles. This means that distinguishing between 1000 and 1001 napkins is possible without too much effort. Moving to an ACRO² system from a counting system, such as Light Frames, could improve your productivity up to double. In many cases ACRO² will improve your productivity even when compared to a normal 'bulk sorting' system(without counting). This can be done because there is no need to stop sorting between batches when the bin is full. This also means very fast customer changes can be made with only a small pause in sorting as the actual change is made, even if the sorting bins have to be emptied between each customer.
