Optimum® SmoothFlow™ stainless steel precision nozzles

The reusable precision nozzles are machined for tight tolerance micro-dispensing and offer orifice sizes from 100 to 500 μm. Nordson EFD precision nozzles are tailored for dispensing epoxies, UV-cure adhesives, solder paste, cyanoacrylates, and other assembly fluids. A unique nozzle-stabilizing fixture is available for syringe dispensing using an automated system with an air-powered dispenser. This fixture holds the nozzle in place, keeping it in a stable position so the dispensing height is constant for syringe barrel changeout. EFD precision nozzles can also be customized for your application with options such as long-tapered nozzles, side nozzles, and shower nozzles
