Alloy K500

Alloy K500 or Monel K500 is an age-hardening alloy combining the corrosion resistance common of Alloy 400 with increased strength and hardness. It retains its strength up to 650 °C and is strong and ductile at temperatures which are as low as -250 °C. This alloy has low magnetic permeability and is non-magnetic down to -130 °C.
