Wire Drawing/ Annealing

Omega Resistance Wire has extensive wire drawing capabilities. We have 14 wire drawing machines which allow wire to be produced in diameters ranging from 0.10mm up to 10.00mm. Wire is drawn in a range of materials such as the nickel chrome alloys, nickel copper alloys and stainless steels. The majority of produced wire is wet drawn using high quality diamond dies in order to guarantee the highest quality finish and adherence to tight tolerances. Our annealing facilities comprise 2 strand annealing lines.
