PCB Testing / Inspection

Intricate testing of boards is a vital requirement for any PCB company, so at One Way we take every measure to ensure that your and all our customers' boards are perfect.Each board is thoroughly inspected by one of our qualified inspectors a minimum of three times over the course of the process to ensure that any faulty boards are detected and removed.The Circuits are then tested electronically using one of our Bare Board Testing (BBT) Machines; we have a "flying-probe" for the quick turnaround low volume orders and a "bed of nails" for the volume work. Both machines check for any differences from the boards to the data, i.e. shorts and opens!
