Panel Wiring

Panel Wiring can be a requirement in most market sectors although it is most regularly seen in automation, process control and power distribution applications. As these panels are usually in a dry environment the wiring loom design is typical of open construction with the wire bundles being held together by cable ties. Connector systems are generally low cost unsealed plastic versions or are often hard wired using bootlace crimp ferrules on the wire ends. Phoenix Dynamics can carry out an assessment of your control panel design to determine the most efficient manufacturing method. Sometimes this will involve adding each wire individually before tidying up the layout at the end using cable ties, whilst in others the assembly of a wiring loom away from the panel may be more cost effective and could reduce the overall process time.
