Three Phase Rectifier Assemblies

We deliver a variety of 3 phase rectifier assemblies using combinations of power semiconductors mounted onto heat sinks. On top of our standard range of rectifier assemblies we also build customer specific assemblies using power semiconductors from Ixys, Semikron, Vishay, Westcode and Powerex.
