Medium Power Water Cooling Systems

DAU liquid cold plates have been designed for high power applications, where air cooling cannot be used.

The series KL is designed for the mounting of standard IGBT-, Skip IGBT0, Rectifier modules, or Peltier elements. Different tubing materials like copper and stainless steel are available. Series KL is available in 2 different standard versions (KL and KLF). Other tube diameters also on request
