The road from product concept to product realization can be treacherous. All too often, designers are confronted with hazards like unexpected delivery delays, incomplete or inaccurate technical and business data, or ignored requests for technical support.
Think of Profusion as a reliable and experienced navigator. Since we first opened our doors in 1989 we have built a reputation for knowing which components will be of interest to audio design engineers; of maintaining open communication with our customers and our vendors; of staying knowlegable about the components we sell, and of informing our customers of any significant issues with documentation or performance; and of acting as effective and proactive liasion between our customers and our vendors' technical support staff. We understand that by entrusting us with your component requirements, we take on the additional responsibility of helping you get the most out of those components, through reliable support, appropriate documentation and, when necessary, as advocates for you and your business.
