Commericial Air Purifiers

These are commercial scale air purifiers that are designed to reduce the incidence of chemical and biological pollutants in the air. They do this principally by using UV ionization or by modification of the air's chemistry, so that it effectively 'self purifies'. The UV at the heart of these air purifiers, is either UV-V which is for oxidising chemicals in the air or it is UV-C which is a slightly different wavelength for disrupting DNA chains in air borne bacteria, viruses and spores. Sometimes these two distinct types of UV light are used in combination to counter both biological and chemical issues.s
