Wire Erosion

To compliment our thin gauge component manufacturing services, we have developed wire erosion facilities to further expand our processing capabilities. Benefits of Wire Erosion Whilst chemical etching is an accurate method of manufacture, sometimes specified tolerances are smaller than the process capabilities allow for. Extensive research & design has allowed us to develop a method of manufacturing thin gauge metal components by wire erosion that is cost effective, whilst giving the benefit of a square edge and improved accuracy. It also allows the processing of the metals whose chemical composition makes etching them unsuitable.
