Comprising of a main unit that houses pre-aligned optics, safety shutters / switches, a filter cube, and either one or two photo-multiplier (PMT)-based detection modules, Scientifica's excellent Multiphoton Detection Unit is a miniaturized, optimized two-channel fluorescence collection and detection system designed for multiphoton fluorescence imaging which is compatible with the SliceScope.
