Optically Immersed Broadband IR LED

Scitec Instruments are now distributing a new range of broadband IR LED's that are packaged in a 'screw package' allowing easy heat sinking and thus higher drive power and higher optical power output.. Typical emission bandwidth is 0.5 mm and power levels at 10s to 100s of microwatts depending on duty cycle etc.
