The SEC Solutions ?Applications? program enables interim claims to be produced quickly and efficiently.

-All calculations are included; Percentages complete, MCD deductions, Retentions and VAT to be included.

-Contract Values can be imported from the SEC Estimating Software, broken down into individual Section Values.

-Claims can be produced at anytime based on the users estimate of current values

-A ?Layout Designer? is included to enable the print out to be personalized.

-Shortfalls between amount claimed and amount paid can be automatically catered for.

-Retention percentages can be altered to suit each claim.

-Customer information can be recalled from the SEC Solutions Customer Database

-Variations can easily be added and included in future claims.

-Print outs of individual ?Applications? OR a Summary of all ?Applications? can be obtained, the later showing totals, over a selected period, of monies claimed, received and retained, and of MCD deducted.

-VAT Invoices can be created automatically on receipt of payment

-?Progress Charts? show at a glance completion percentages
