Products now sold by Excelitas are the illumination offerings, sensors, emitters and defence portfolio. Products now sold by Excelitas are the illumination offerings, sensors, emitters and defence portfolio. Established as one of the world's leading optoelectronics solutions providers, the company will conduct "business as usual" during the transition to its new Excelitas Technologies identity, including a new logo and visual identity. Customers should not experience any differences or delays in service. The company has an employee base of 3,000 people globally and is now owned by Veritas Capital. The name Excelitas Technologies was selected based upon their guiding principle – “Excellence is embodied in everything that we do.
