IC-2100 Control System The IC2100 control system is one of the most flexible and adaptable single axis control systems available. Unlike many of our competitors units which are dedicated, the IC2100 can be used with existing contactors and 2 speed motors, or with many of the AC Inverters or DC drives currently available without the need to order special modules. The IC2100 has also been designed with the installer and operator in mind, a typical installation can be completed in 1 day, once installed the IC2100 will guide you from setting the date and time to full calibration of the backgauge, the software has been written in plain English to ease the installation further. Perhaps on of the most over looked aspects of any system is the ease of use, with this in mind S.P.Electronics spent a full year site testing the IC2100 before ANY units were sold into industry. Programs can be manually entered or learnt simply by moving the position and performing a cut, in the case of single moves it's as easy as "100 move" to position to 100 units (where units could be millimetres, centimetres, inches etc...) Many operators haave become fully conservant with the IC2100 within a day.
