Internationally recognised standards for the manufacture of electronic assemblies (IPC standards), although vital in our industry, fail to adequately address the needs of the high reliability electronics market. Poor manufacture of PCB assemblies and related materials can lead to corrosion, electro-chemical migration (ECM), conductive anodic filament formation (CAF) and many other issues.

Our design techniques, manufacturing specifications and environmental test procedures can reduce and often completely eliminate many of the failure modes that are common in electronic products.
