Here at Tappex Thread Inserts Limited we are situated in the UK and are a key part of a privately owned SME group of companies established for more than 63 years serving both UK as well as International manufacturing supply chains and OEM customers alike, responsibly, from it's Stratford upon Avon based HQ. Tappex has other subsidiaries also in the UK , Sweden and Finland.

Tappex are original fastener suppliers of Threaded inserts with extensive in-house capabilities for the design and prototyping of both brass thread inserts as well as steel threaded inserts (24 standards in metric sizes M1.4 to M30 plus Unified / British Std. versions across it's standard product ranges).

OEM applications in the majority of plastics, composites and now light metal alloys are provided with both off-the-shelf thread inserts or bespoke solutions in order to suit customers exacting needs on a global basis. Tappex are able to offer mechanical testing as well as comprehensive manufacturing facilities which are suitable for both low & high volume demands.
