ISO9001 standard

The ISO9001 standard is an internationally recognised standard which ensures that a business has the following:

Procedures to cover all key processes & monitoring of these to ensure effectiveness.
Checking of outputs for defects with appropriate corrective and preventative action.
Demonstration of continual improvement.

Tenkay Electronics is certified to the ISO9001 standard by the NQA which is accredited by UKAS.

QUALITY POLICY

Tenkay Electronics is committed to a policy that will ensure our customers are provided with products of a consistently high level of quality, reliability and safety.

To achieve this the Company will develop, implement, enforce and provide resources to establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System that is designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO9001 : 2008 and will include:

Focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving the enhancement for the Company's reputation.
A commitment to continual improvement by identifying quality issues and effecting the appropriate corrective and preventative actions. Compliance with contractual requiriements and product specification.
Timely delivery of products and services, which are of consistent quality and reliability, and fit for purpose.
Minimising waste and re-work.
Provide staff with clear communication regarding the Company's direction
